Call for Papers

We are pleased to invite submissions for Maritime in Community Service and Empowerment (MiCSE)—a peer-reviewed, open-access journal committed to publishing high-quality articles that contribute to community service, development, and empowerment, particularly in maritime and electrical contexts. MiCSE is published twice a year (April and November) and welcomes scholarly work from researchers, academics, and practitioners alike.

We encourage you to submit your manuscripts for consideration. All submissions must adhere to the MiCSE Template, which outlines the required formatting and style. Please upload your article through our online submission platform.

All submitted papers will be double-blind reviewed by qualified experts, and evaluated based on originality, relevance, scholarly contribution, and clarity of presentation. Authors will typically receive initial feedback within 2 to 4 weeks after submission.
