Aims and Scope

MiCSE (Maritime in Community Service and Empowerment) - Electrical Focus is a specialized, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing the intersection of electrical engineering, maritime studies, community service, and empowerment. The scope of the MiCSE, covers:
