Maritime in Community Service and Empowerment (MiCSE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes research and community service works on electrical engineering applications in maritime and coastal environments. The journal focuses on marine electrical systems, shipboard power, coastal electrification, and renewable energy, supported by intelligent and digital technologies such as IoT, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. It aims to promote sustainable development and empower coastal communities through practical, technology-driven solutions. MiCSE encourages interdisciplinary contributions while maintaining a strong focus on maritime electrical engineering.
