About the Journal

Maritime in Community Service and Empowerment (MiCSE) – Electrical Focus is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal exploring the intersection of electrical engineering, maritime studies, and community service. Topics include marine electrical infrastructure, renewable energy integration, community empowerment, safety and sustainability, interdisciplinary collaboration, and equitable access to energy. All submissions undergo rigorous editorial screening and double-blind peer review, with the journal aspiring toward Scopus and Web of Science indexing.
