   Prof. Dr. Eliezer Tarigan is a full Professor in the Faculty of Science and Technology at the University of Surabaya. He earned his doctoral degree in Applied Physics and has over twenty years of experience investigating semiconductor materials, experimental instrumentation, and renewable energy applications. As a leading researcher, he has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed articles in international journals and regularly supervises postgraduate projects on solar PV optimization and grid integration. Prof. Tarigan also serves on several national research panels, where he advises on techno-economic assessments of clean-energy systems.

   Dr. Oskar Natan is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Universitas Gadjah Mada. He holds a Ph.D. in Energy Systems Technology and specializes in renewable-energy transmission, microgrid optimization, and AI-driven grid management. His work has produced advanced algorithms for real-time load forecasting and adaptive control of distributed energy resources. To date, Dr. Natan has published extensively in high-impact journals and secured competitive grants to develop smart-grid testbeds that integrate solar, wind, and battery storage under variable demand conditions.
3. Prof. Shuichi Torii, Kumamoto University, Japan.

   Prof. Shuichi Torii is a Professor in the Graduate School of Science and Technology at Kumamoto University. With a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, his research focuses on remote-sensing methods for atmospheric monitoring and IoT-enabled sensor networks for disaster management. He leads multinational collaborations to design nondestructive testing platforms and automated control systems for air-quality assessment. Prof. Torii has authored over 40 publications in peer-reviewed journals and serves as technical editor for several IEEE conferences on environmental sensing technologies.
